More Good Things to Eat from Great Harvest!

It's been said that man (or woman or kids) can not live on bread alone. As much as we love bread, we have to agree. Who doesn't love a hearty bowl of soup with their bread, a delicious natural fruit spread on their toast, or a superbly flavored extra virgin olive oil to dip their bread into? We certainly do. So we went shopping to find the very best accompaniments to our bread for you to enjoy. Take a look at what we found - all from small businesses, family or woman-owned, that use natural ingredients, just like us.

All Natural Fruit Spreads and Butters
In 1934 the Webster family in Rogers, Arkansas, began using the fruits that abound in the Ozarks to make delicious fruit spreads and fruit butters. Since then their company, House of Webster, has carried on this tradition, making every fruit spread and butter with all natural ingredients, no added sugars, and no preservatives. We're proud to carry their products under our Great Harvest label. We think you'll enjoy them too.
Frontier Gourmet Soup Mixes
In 1986 Trisha Anderson founded her company, Frontier Soups in Waukegan, IL. She started with just one soup mix - Minnesota Heartland 11-Bean Soup. Today, Trisha's company makes dozens of creatively crafted, gourmet soup mixes inspired by the finest traditions of American regional cuisine. From hearty bean soups to chili, chowders, and more delicate soups, you'll find soups for every appetite. Frontier Soups are all natural with no added salt or preservatives, and most are Gluten Free. Every Frontier Soup mix is quick and easy to prepare and will delight your family and friends.
Honeyville Whipped Wildflower Honey
Since 1918, the Culhane family has been tending beehives in the hills surrounding Durango, Colorado, home to an abundance of wildflowers that bees just love. Their small company, Honeyville, makes the best honey we have ever tasted. The Culhane’s say they live in “The Land of Elk and Honey”. We’re not sure about the elk, but we love their honey. Why “whipped” honey? Because that’s how the Culhane's get the perfect blend of wildflower honey and natural flavors - like Mountain Peach, Vanilla Bean, and more.
Ariston Bread Dipping Oils
For more than 300 years, the Ariston family has been growing fine olives and pressing superb extra virgin olive oils in Kalamata, Greece. They have won numerous international awards, including the Silver Medal at the 2012 Los Angeles International E.V.O.O Competition. We are very excited to bring their fine olive oils to you. We currently offer Ariston's Italian Dipping Oil, Herbs de Provence Dipping Oil, two infused extra virgin olive oils - Garlic and Rosemary, and a delightful 12-year old Balsamic Vinegar.
Elena's Bruschetta and Bread Dipping Sauce
As a young girl, Elena Houlihan's Italian mother, grandmother, and several aunts taught her to cook the old world Italian way - by taste, smell, and touch. In 1989 she started her own company in Michigan to bring those old world ways to the rest of us. Elena uses only the finest natural ingredients, like imported olive oil and vine-ripened tomatoes, and she creates every recipe herself. You'll enjoy the rich old world taste of Elena's Bruschetta and Elena's Bread Dipping Sauce.
